Jaynbee Angus got its
start in l941 with the purchase of a group of cows from the CPR (Canadian
Pacific Railroad) herd in Alberta, Canada.
Over the years, emphasis has been on low birth weights with as much performance
as possible.
We at Jaynbee have been performance testing our bulls for years.
In 1999 we started carcass testing our bulls using ultrasound and
continue today ultrasound our heifers as well.
In April 2005 following
the sale of a large group of cows to three Angus breeders on the
Washington Coast Bob, Gary (son) and Casey
(grandson) combined their respective cow herds to create an even
more powerful Jaynbee herd using the traditions
that you have come to rely on!
In the summer of 2009
with the retirement of Bob and with Casey headed into his senior year at
U of Idaho, Gary along with his wife Dianna took over the day to
day operations here at Jaynbee.......
